The Objective

The Aspire Foundation mentoring program partners the expertise and experience of women leaders in the business and corporate world with aspiring women leaders in the charity, non-profit and social enterprise world and allows you to share your ideas and suggestions of what has worked for you with regard to your life, management and leadership experience and so support your mentee to apply it to their specific role, career and organization.

Therefore, your mentor will share their ideas and suggestions of what has worked for them with regard to management and leadership experience and they will provide you with support to apply it to your specific role, career and organization.

  • An external perspective from someone outside your sector.
  • The opportunity to share your challenges and brainstorm ways to overcome them with an independent counsel.
