Why Women and Girls…
- Women and girls make up 70% of the world’s poor.
- They perform 66% of the world’s work.
- They produce 50% of the food.
- They earn only 10% of the income and own only 1% of the property.

The Aspire Foundation believes that everyone can make a difference and through your commitment we know that we will positively impacting the lives of over 1,000,000 women and girls around the world by 2015.
Pro-bono Mentoring
We will continue to pair women in the business and corporate world with those working in the charity and non-profit sectors to ensure that the wisdom and experience of the former can be shared with the widest possible audience and so create a positive ripple of change that will help women and girls throughout the world and provide a better future for all.
Campaigning for Women and Girls
We will jointly campaign with selected non-profit organizations that are making a significant difference to women and girls and who are bravely working in areas that are considered by the mainstream as challenging and unglamorous. Examples would be organizations that work to support women in the areas of suicide, rape, prostitution and self-harm.
Leadership Development for Women and Girls
We will run leadership development programs for women in non-profit organizations that benefit women and girls around the world. We aim to initiate joint projects with women from the corporate business world with women from developing countries to develop leadership, entrepreneurial, strategic and sustainability skills for women in both the developing and developed world.
